The simple truth is that our mind/life is a reflection of our state of consciousness and our belief system is programmed at a subconscious level.
Our subconscious cues/projections attracts people, conditions, circumstances, situations and events into 'our life'. E.g.
Two men with similar I.Q, one goes on to be successful and the other to become an alcoholic.

Hypno-analysis

This usually takes 8-10 sessions, sometimes 6 but a maximum of 12, used for deep routed problems, when a persons presenting

symptoms incorporates anxiety or anxiety attacks, then analysis is always indicated. The first sessions is used to get a greater

understanding of the problem and provide a solution focused CD, (to be listened to throughout the therapy) Hypno-analysis

is simply psychoanalysis with hypnosis, therefore speeding up the process exponentially, dealing with the dis-ease at the route/subconscious level. It's main objective is to freely associate

memories to a specific (usually repressed) event/events, release the abreaction/emotion involved leading to a surprising moment of

enlightenment producing a cathartic cure, i.e. the anxiety is the minds way of saying I'm having trouble coping/keeping some

repressed thought from the consciousness. (Usually from childhood) or it may have been a series of emotional happenings that

haven't been dealt with appropriately.

'emotion caused the problem, therefore emotion will release it',

abreactions/emotional release vary some people cry some shake (often both) and some when close to letting

go a repressed memory get a spinning sensation.
Because Hypno-analysis relates directly with the route (subconscious) emotional cause of the problem it can be said to be the best tool in the treatment of neurotic symptoms.
